Daisy Buckle

Based in rural Pembrokeshire, Daisy Buckle is a maker, designer and environmentalist whose work champions sustainable, mindful ways of living. Working from her studio near Narberth, Daisy creates thoughtful pieces for the home and the everyday, as well as leading workshops that encourage slow, hands-on creativity.

Daisy trained in textile design at the University of the Arts London, gained an MA in Experience Design at the Royal College of Art, and holds an MSc in Sustainability and Ecology. Her practise combines these disciplines to explore our relationship with nature and place, drawing attention to the impact we have on the environment and the ways in which the natural world shapes us in return. Using natural materials, found objects and traditional craft processes, Daisy creates tactile works rooted in care and respect, often developed in collaboration with communities and landscapes around her.
