Kim Norton and Jane Ponsford work with different materials, clay and paper, but they share a love of landscape, making, and working closely with materials. Both artists spend time outdoors gathering, collecting, and responding to their surroundings, letting place shape their work.

The exhibition brings together walks they made across Wales between 2022 and 2025 with guest poet Laura Wainwright. They see this as a way of telling stories through the land, with time as a key theme.

Kim’s work reflects natural change, geology, plant growth, seasons, and shifting landscapes, with colour used to capture the feeling of place. Jane draws on traditional crafts like sewing and quilting, using slow, repeated processes to transform everyday materials.
