About Bronwen Gwillim:
Bronwen Gwillim (@bronwengwillim) is a contemporary jewellery maker working with waste plastic collected from the beaches of the Pembrokeshire coast. Her bold, one-off pieces combine reclaimed beach plastic, industrial waste plastic, recycled silver and resins, including resin made using her own recycled plastic dust.
Inspired by the sea and the foreshore near her home, Bronwen’s jewellery celebrates texture, colour and tactility, imbuing discarded materials with a weather-worn, natural character. Her practice is rooted in sustainability, using reclaimed materials, hand tools and low-impact processes wherever possible.
