About Sophie Snow
Based in St Dogmaels, West Wales, Sophie Snow is a textile designer and quilter inspired by the landscape around her home. After more than ten years working in the fashion industry as a print designer, Sophie returned to her own creative practice and a love of craft.
Working with colour, shape, pattern and texture, she creates distinctive one-off textile pieces that bring together contemporary design and traditional quilting techniques. Each work reflects her playful approach to making and her connection to the Welsh landscape.
